Despite the challenging times they faced, they integrated into Western culture and customs, where Atiana felt part of the community.
As time went on, she began to feel increasingly distant from her African roots, especially during her teenage years

Thus, she decided to honor her culture and country, expressing her gratitude for this calling through the art of cooking. By sharing one of the many treasures that Mother Africa keeps in her heart, Atiana hopes to convey a bit of the essence and richness of African cuisine.
